+ -1 moreJose responded very quickly. He an Luis arrived as stated to provide a quote. We agreed on the rate and start date. I saw Jose later that morning and again verified the time of arrival as well as him bringing the contract by that day. Jose wanted 50% upfront to start. I said no and that when he arrived as stated, I would then give him half. I had to call Jose because he didn’t show as stated. He said the rain delayed him. We didn’t have rain and he never called, I took the day off to be there. I then said do not bother coming as his service is horrible. We hung up the phone. 5 minutes later he texted me and said: “Sorry to say that your not even a customer because no contract was signed and no work was done.” So....beware! Do not trust what you are told verbally by this “company “, 2guys and a van. Asking for money upfront. Don’t do it!
