They came when they said they would. They provided an accurate estimate of cost and time. They completed the work within the cost estimate and within the time they said they would. In this day and age - that is praiseworthy - based on my experience.

Carlos was excellent not only did he return my call the same he came and looked at the project the same day. He was upfront and honest about what the project entailed and stuck to his word there were no hidden fees once they started. I will never let anyone else work on my house, I would recommend him to anyone.

We are very pleased with the work First Choice provided. They came over the same day I contacted them unlike all others I called. They fixed the problem and also checked the rest of the system to make sure all was OK. They were knowledgeable, and honest. We would defiantly use them again.

Fantastic customer service! Carlos & Joe had to cancel on a Friday because of another job that took longer than expected, but came out on a Saturday to make up for it. Then when they realized it was just an issue with the breaker simply needing to be flipped, they didn't even charge me for coming out! RARE these days! Thanks so much for a fantastic first impression. Will be using you again in the future!

First choice plumber was timely and efficient. Any concerns, or problems, he explained the situation and gave different options to resolve the problem. . When the job was done, he explained what was done, what type of warranty ... After he left, I went up to check out the toilet and the bathroom was cleaned as if he was never there.

The guys were very nice and also really helpful. They took care of my a/c by servicing it to make sure it was in good shape. They also helped me with a couple of other issues that had nothing to do with the A/C and fixed a problem I had with my hot water from the tub for a couple of years that others could not figure out. Would definitely hire them again.

Carl & company were great, efficient and neat!

Project was completed as expected, price was comparable as I did shop around. My only problem was I failed to try the faucets to ensure operability prior to contractor leaving. Drains were clogged which is probably to be expected (I wish they had checked before leaving). Luckily my husband was able to remedy the problem by taking off faucet and cleaning screens (unclog). Other than that I was satisfied with service and Carlos was very pleasant explaining options available.

The technician who came out to the house was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, skilled and fast and had a great attitude! Very satisfied.

Received a call the same day, came out to look at job the next day and had quote within 24 hours. Professional and explained what he was doing. Quality of work was very good. I would re-hire for other projects.

If I could have rated these 2 professionals higher, I would give both Carl and Mike a 10 from First Choice Plumbing. They were both professional, courteous and excellent at their work. It is so nice to see honest, hard working contractors when there are a few bad apples that ruin the reputation of the rest. They arrived on time, assessed the problem, came up with a solution for the plumbing and gave me a quote. The quote was the actual price - they did not quote me one figure and charge different one when they were completed. I mentioned I also needed electrical work done and Mike did that project while Carl did the plumbing. Outstanding!
