He gave me a reasonable price and has done a magnificent job. He has done all the work for me and I am very happy with the work that this person has done for me. Of course, I asked him to do more work than what I needed to be done. I found him to be a very fair man. He gave a very fair price. He is a very punctual person. He came here, checked everything with the ladder and told me what's going to be the cost to have it done. We came to an agreement and he did more than what I needed to be done because I found that he was reasonable for me to continue using him to do the work. He has done an excellent job. As a matter of fact, he was here yesterday doing some a couple of things that I needed to have done inside the house. He is fantastic. He is a single person and need someone to help him.
