+ -1 moreThese guys are great. They know their cars and are always willing to help if they can. I had my car in earlier this fall and they diagnosed that the transmission pan needed replacement (the car is 7 years old). Did the job with no issues and at a fair price. Just before Thanksgiving, I had a gust of wind hit me on the highway and break one of my wipers. Even though they had a full schedule on the following Saturday, they said to come in and they'd check it out. I was there maybe 15 minutes, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it right there. Not a big repair but again, they always try to help you. That counts a lot these days. They've got my business from here on in.
Description of Work: Fixed my wipers and replaced a transmission pan earlier this fall.

Description of Work: For a dozen years this family owned and operated shop kept my old cars (1994 Saturns and 2000 Echo) running. I haven't used their services for 1 1/2 years because I got a newer car that was under warranty, but expect to return to them.

+ -1 moreI spent about $100 on that work and that included the oil change. I would tell others that they are very knowledgeable and I have had other mechanics I have been to and these are the only guys that I trust.
Description of Work: I use Northwest Automotive Inc. for auto service. The last time I used them was about 3 weeks ago and they fixed my car steering and also changed the oil.
