Cathy Howard

We first met Cathy at an open house she was having at a home in Fall River. We were impressed with her immediately because she was not pushy. She didn't try to "sell" the house. She was honest about its good points as well as what needed to be done. She didn't make excuses or make comments such as "well, that justs needs a little work" or "you can just have that wall torn down". (Really, these things have been said to me by realtors!). Cathy worked with us from approximately March until we purchased a home in June. She is the only realtor we have ever worked with who took our requirements and price range seriously. We have five cats and wanted a home where they would be safe to go outside (that is, not a busy neighborhood) and we wanted something with a garage, a moderately large home that didn't need tons of upgrades and, of course, within a certain price range. This was not an easy job! Our time constraints were also tricky to work with. We were new to the area and didn't know much about neighborhoods. Cathy checked out neighborhoods for us, at times driving through before telling us about a house or before showing us. When we had questions about issues in the home, she had them answered by professionals when necessary. She was patient, honest and available. She was just terrific. We now have a lovely home, due to Cathy's diligence, patience and hard work! She is not your average realtor; in fact, she's the best realtor either of us have ever had.
