He answered all my questions in detail and gave best case and worst case scenarios. I've called numerous other electricians about this same issue and he's estimates were spot on.

It went very well. It was a simple solution which Brian found quickly. My tenant had turned the circuit breakers off instead of on. Brian is very professional and pleasant. The job ahead of mine finished sooner than expected so he called me to see if it was ok to come early. I certainly would recommend him to everyone and I will certainly call him again.

FYI, we compared this quote from Brian to quotes we received (along with our information about material costs we researched on line) and at minimal his costs estimate for materials was way off.  While we did not receive a specific or clear breakdown of his scope and costs-- he indubitably appeared to have inflated his costs for labor, time and materials while limiting the scope of the job as well.

Getting a quote from this provider was noteworthy in how off it was  and so we wanted to post this experience on Angies' list given we used this list for the referral.

first contact with Angie's List was great. Brian replied back in 24 hours. Set up a day and time and kept the appointment. Very pleased with the experience.

he never worked for us...totally disappointed in him!  what does it take to return a phone call?  if he didn't want the job, he should have stated so.  We were under the gun to find another electrician to do the job!

Brian came in to do look over the work, and gave me a price quote that I was happy with.  I asked him when he would be available to do the work, and he said right now if I had time.  Four hours later all the work was done, and I am a happy customer.  Everything looks great,  was done fast, and professional.  I could not ask for a better experience.

He cleaned the corrosion at the connection point in the wiring in my fuse box.  He didn't have to do it for all the wiring in the house, but he did so that I would not have a future problem with other lights and receptacles.

I had another situation in the house where I was blowing fuses at times when I used the microwave.  He gave me suggestions on how I could remedy the problem and suggested the least expensive alternative. He will be working on this the next time he comes.

Exchanged a few messages via Angie's List attempting to get a quote to have bathroom exhaust fan installed.  Provided a few dates, which didn't work because he was involved with other jobs, messaged a few times attempting to find a mutually convenient date.  I waited a bit then contacted him again.  There was a delay in his response, then he messaged apologizing saying he was away.  I responded and provided my home and cell number to expedite the process but my last communication to him in June went unanswered.  Exhaust fan purchased and sititng in the trunk of my car.  I'm sure it's because he is very busy, but a was disappointed, especially as Mr. Faria had positive reviews.  2 other electricians I contacted didn't respond to me at all.  So far striking out with Angie's list.

Brian was here punctually as scheduled. Made required repair.
Was very professional. Price was fair. Will contract again for any future electrical issue.

Called yesterday evening had an appointment set for the next day after 3. He was there on time and took care of the issues.

They did an excellent job.  It worked out really well.  The work was simple and easy.

All of the outlets in the kitchen went dark.  Brian walked me through a few things to try to retore the power over the phone on Father's Day!!  I wasn't able to restore the outlets.  Brian came first thing Monday morning, found the Issue ans quickly made the repair. 

The appointment was very easy to set up and the work was performed professionally and quickly. I will definitely call Brian again for any electrical work I need to have done.

My wife and I were very pleased, he first came to the house at the appointed time and gave us a estimate of the work.  We arranged for him to come back the following week to perform the work.  We found him very professional and prompt, his work was very neat and we plan on hiring him again to do some more in the future.
