 + -1 moreGreat! The woman there knew everything I asked about and got me the nuts and bolts I needed in seconds!! I was very impressed and amazed at the knowledge!!! My experience was so awesome that I would recommend this hardware store to everyone in Somerset and that I know! Thank you!!!
Description of Work: Needed some nuts and bolts, that I couldn't find at the box store...those stores suck!

 + -1 morewhen i called the person that answered the phone was very rude. when i asked him if he could check to see if they had a certain item in stock he said he could not look it up by it's item number so he asked what the item was before i even had a chance to answer him he said that he was not going to waste his time looking for it then he hung up the phone. i was so amazed at his attitude that i called back and the same person answered so i asked him why he was so rude and hung up on me. his reply was that i was an idiot and that if i had a problem for me to come down there and meet him face to face so he could show how rude he could be. so took this as he would do some bodily harm to me. so i called the headquarters for ace hardware to complain and i might go to the police to file charges.
Description of Work: i called this store to see if they had a certain product in stock.
