Warrior Spirit Movers

Justin and Warrior Spirit were fantastic to work with, start to finish. They came from a little out of the area, but their quote was so reasonable that it made sense even with the extra time/mileage. Justin and Omar's friendliness and professionalism made the day go so smoothly. They were on time, and treated our stuff as though it was their own, even helping us figure out a wonky washing machine connection at the new place. I hope never to have to move again, but would recommend Warrior Spirit highly.

Hired this company based on great reviews from Yelp and Angie's list. My experience was completely opposite. Crews were very cavalier when handling our furnitures and boxes. Virtually throwing our boxes around even when labeled fragile and verbally being told not to. Seems to cut corners when wrapping furnitures. They just randomly pack our stuff into the truck not according to weight distribution guidelines. As a result, there were significant damages to our belonging from heavy objects compressing on lighter objects, significant scratches to furnitures. The whole experience was a nightmare with financial loss from damages to belonging. Sincerely advice to avoid this company.

Justin and Cassidy were awesome, professional, courteous, pleasant, and incredibly hard working.  I would not use anyone else.  They made moving so easy, it was inexpensive, and nothing was damaged in the process.  They even put together our furniture!  A+

Justin and an assistant moved us across town in March 2015.  Super nice, friendly guys; they did a great job.  It took awhile, mostly because we underestimated how much stuff we have and we didn't do a great job packing - but they got it all done with a smile.  Nothing was damaged or lost.  Price was extremely reasonable for the amount of time/stuff.  They're also very community-minded and donate services which to me speaks really highly of their work ethic.  
Justin also unloaded a UHaul for us in 2013 when we moved here and did a great job then too which was why we hired him again.  I'm hoping we never have to move again, but if we do, I would definitely call Justin first.

Movers were prompt, friendly, and efficient. They were responsive to concerns and consulted with us before proceeding where appropriate. Their packing was efficient and safe. No damage occurred. Labeled items ended up in the correct locations. Cost was approximately $700 less than the estimate we got from Five College Movers. Only concern was that communication was exceptionally slow prior to the move. Having worked with them, that would not concern me in the future. I will call them first the next time I need a mover.
