Appliance Sale
The refrigerator that we bought new from them looked to be used when it arrived. The unit was dirty, had marks on the stainless steel door, and did not have any paperwork or warranty with it. When we finally plugged the unit in, the freezer was not even cold enough to keep ice cream cold. My husband went into the store to talk with the employees multiple times, and they even cursed at him one of the times. We decided to order a different unit for a little more money (Maytag). After calling Vin's several times, a delivery truck showed up on our doorstep without ANY previous phone calls. They used a third party company to deliver the refrigerator. Vin's charged us $35 to have the door installed on the side of our choice, which only took about two minutes. The mover's said that fee was crazy should be included in the cost.
