Sears Outlet Store - Shrewsbury

Went great, except for removing the old range. Experience at the store was great - salesman was attentive and knowledgable but not "in your face", price was more than fair. Check-out took a while though... some glitch in the computer/cash register system. Delivered within a few days, on date/in time window specified, but they forgot to take the old range away. I'd previously moved the old range to the garage with the help of my plumber friend who disconnected it beforehand, and frankly I forgot all about it, too. So then I called Sears and scheduled them to return to pick up the old range. They had to reschedule 3 times, at very much my inconvenience, as at least one maybe two of those times I waited around all day and they didn't show. Finally they show and take the old range away. Another little problem of when this happens is you feel compelled to tip for such services, but I'd already tipped the first crew who'd delivered and connected the new range. So now the 2nd crew comes to pick up the old range, which the 1st crew should've done, and I'm supposed to tip again? Sorry but no. Bottom line: I suppose the real problem here is not with Sears outlet, but with their delivery service. You'll get a great deal and have a decent time shopping at Sears outlet... just make sure the delivery company does the job right the first time!
