We bought a new Subaru from Patrick Subaru, having gotten a price quote via the Consumer's Checkbook car shopping service. They had a good bid price, and honored it very professionally. We had some choices in our desired model (Legacy) and they prepped the car fine and the sales associate we dealt with, Bob LaCrosse, demonstrated the controls. We also had some quick buyer's remorse on a service contract and they handled reversing that charge fine, though it took two phone calls.

In each case (purchase and service) they were competent and professional, fixed the problem, and charged a fair (NOT a bargain) price. I once had work done elsewhere which was not complete, brought it to Patrick which did a fine job for a modest price fixing the problem perfectly.

The service was fine. They were not pushy when we bought the car. The only problem that we had was that they did not put an inspection sticker on it when we bought it. We did not realize it wasn t on there until someone pointed it out. When we went back they said that they don't do that. It upset us because they did not even tell us before we left the lot.
