In our quote, we received an explanation for what would be entailed in each project, how much each project would cost individually, and then how much we would save if we bundled the 3 areas into one.

+ 1 moreOverall experience was pretty good, as they overcame a number of issues with the weather (massive rainfall hindered progress). It's the final details that were never closed out, such as ensuring that the granite steps are within code (I had to figure out that the installation violated residential code myself) and putting the fence back in its original working order. ..Nice guys and good workers, but completeness counts.
Description of Work: Re-graded the backyard, installed a retaining wall, granite steps, patio and laid sod.

Description of Work: Back in early / mid 2000's I had this company handle my lawn/yard work. Mowing weekly, spring & fall clean up. At the time they did not provide fertilization services. I contracted with another company for that and the scheduling between the two did not work out. This was a good company I just wanted someone that provided a full service line for the yard. The price above is approximately what I paid for wkly lawn moving.

+ 0 moreThe agreed upon work was reviewed, quoted, then done on time and on budget. Workers arrived as promised, worked professionally and quickly, and left as if they have never been there. Our yard always looks wonderful after Tim's team leaves.
Description of Work: Tim Coghlin's crew pruned 150 feet of large overgrown bushes on both sides of our property, removed two small pines, and trucked away this brush plus a large brush pile (5 cubic yards?) at the back of the property. The work was done expertly, cleanup showed no evidence of work having been done, and the yard looks beautiful!! Over the past five years Tim has done work ranging from pulling out 150 feet of large, well established privet hedges, to aerating the lawn, to fall cleanup. All work was done on time, was done well, and was done at reasonable cost. He and his crew are good to deal with. We use him for all our yard and landscaping projects based on long experience.
