I had a serious problem with the floor heaving up after 6 months When I called LL customer service that's when I found out they, at the time don't have their own installers and I was told by the store manager that there was nothing they could do If I had known that they wouldn't stand behind the installation I would have gone elsewhere I have had to hire an attorney I am so disappointed with L L I Would not recommend them to anyone

I had an excellent experience with Lumber Liquidators. The installers were really terrific. The materials actually came in before I expected them. The installers were amazing. They moved all my furniture. They just took care of everything and made sure it was all back in good order before they left. I was just very impressed.

They told my contractor that the stuff would be in one day but it was not. It was delayed and we didn't have our kitchen floor. I would tell others not to trust their shipping dates and to wait till their stuff is available before they rip out the whole floor. Their price was probably the cheapest.
