These people never even bothered to return a phone call. I'd say, Do NOT bother with them.

The picked her up and dropped her off on schedule. Very professional.

Fine. Driver was available early for pickup and happy to wait if needed.

We've been using Knights for 18 years; this is the second time we've had to wait almost an hour for a pickup (Terminal E) despite having a confirmed reservation. If you need to get somewhere in a reasonable timeframe, don't use Knights.

I have used Knights Airport Limousine
Service only once, for a round trip to California via Logan Airport.
The pick-up in Sudbury, MA was prompt (5 minutes early) even though
the time was about 4:20 AM Sunday and daylight savings time had taken
effect that night. I liked that when I called the 508 number the
previous evening that I was quickly able to confirm with a real and
courteous person. Similarly, the pickup at Logan was also timely
though the flight arrival was 20 minutes early. In both cases, we
shared a van with one other person.
Very professional outfit.
The online service was convenient and
accurate ($84 total each way for two people, each with one piece of
luggage, includes all tolls, etc....$168 total).
In this regard though,be forewarned!
When I filled out the form, including the VISA
number, I did it only to check that the final price did not have any
surprises (there were none). But usually there is a final message
that warns you that you are placing the order. There was no warning
here. If I wanted to cancel, I would have had to call.
Other than that quibble, I most
certainly would use this service again.

Ride to airport was fine - paid for van - got private car! On time and very nice. Ride from airport was not as nice - had to wait over half hour for pick up (although when I called, they said just a few minutes) and the van was entirely full and I could not sit next to my husband, but we got home okay.

My husband and I have used Knight's on several occasions - they are punctual and I like that you can book online. We have used the van service where they may pick up other passengers along the way.

I have used this company before. They are extremely professional and know what they are doing and the importance of getting the job done. I do not pay for and quot;fancyand quot; and do not need it. Just get me to the airport and back safely and on time for my flight and do not make me wait. That is what I expect and it is what get. They have a team vans that coordinate together so if parties are going in different directions they will meet up at a predetermined destination and juggle the parties and then take off in different directions to get the job done. It is a steam lined system that really works and the drivers are very nice as well.

Booked van service for my sister from Airport to Leominster Ma. She got of plane went up to a Knights Limo town car and was told she must be on a shared van which was ok by her. He took off without even calling dispatch to call her. She then found a van and he said he had no record of her being on a van. I then called Knights and they said she was on the van. I then called her back and she told me they were dropping her off at the Sheraton in Framingham and she would be put on another van to Marlboro then Bolton and then to Leominster. I would highly recommend that noone use the van service as far as the Limosine part of Knights I cannot comment as I have not used this service. I will be sure to let everyone know what she went through especially the the way she was treated by the Limo driver she first encountered. Also let our cousin who she was traveling with know as she was celebrating her Birthday and her 40th anniversity with an airline so plenty of people should hear about this.

Scheduled this on their user friendly web site. Driver arrived on time, was professional and polite. Excellent driver. Got me to my airline in plenty of time. I was completely satisfied and will use them from now on!

I had purchased a round trip fare from my home to Logan Airport and my return flight was delayed 5 hours because of the snow last week. I was supposed to be picked up at 11 PM, but my flight did not land until 4 AM. Oh, and I was returning from a trip to San Diego so I had no winter coat with me. I was apprehensive about having to stand out in the cold at the van loading area waiting for a ride.
Fortunately, Knights was watching the flight and when I came out of the terminal there were two Knights vans waiting at the curb, one for me and the other for another passenger. The driver, Steve, had me home in 45 minutes. It was nice to have something work as planned at the end of that day

We use them a lot at my company, Staples. They are very good. They are safe, very prompt, and provide confirmations by email. When I first moved down here, the driver almost acted as a tour guide, very nice and very friendly.

We were ready to go at 4am and the shuttle was promptly on time. The driver was using a GPS to get back to the highway so I helped with a few shortcuts. He was great in taking the advice and we got to the airport (logan) in no time. He was very helpful in unloading the luggage.
We also used the service when we got back into town. They were once again right on time as we did not have to wait after picking up our luggage. The shuttle was outside and the gentleman helped us load the luggage. On the way home, I called a local restaurant to grab some food for the kids and the driver asked us if we wanted to stop to grab the food! That is customer service to go above and beyond what is expected. We arrived home safely and the gentleman quickly unloaded our luggage and was on his way. I would definitely recommend and use them again. This was a private shuttle due to there was seven of us. I cannot comment on shared ride.

Extremely professional and reliable. Took a private van to the airport for 6 passengers. Operator was very knowledgeable and helpful--asking me if I had AAA for an additional discount. Driver showed up right on time and the van was clean and comfortable. Service was so good that we used them on the way home, too. From now on, this is the company that I will always use. Easy to book on-line.

The Knight's experience was great from start to finish. The person who took my reservation provided information about exactly where my parents would meet the shuttle outside the terminal, and how long they'd have to wait for another shuttle if their flight came in late. The driver arrived exactly on time for their return trip to the airport. This kind of service alleviated a lot of anxiety for my parents, who had never taken a shuttle to the airport before.

Very good. We have used them several times in the past, and they have always been on time. Very professional. Usually only have to wait a few minutes until a van comes by at the airport for pick up.
