Plumbing work isn't the glamorous part of a kitchen renovation you just wanted it to be done well and that it was Kevin the Pumber also did the heating in our family room, Kevin the plumber did the work on these two pprojects for us because this is who the general contractor used but I got to meet Kevin and a few of his employees over the course of the renovations and the next time we need plumbing services we will be calling Kevin

We needed our AC units disconnected in order to install pavers. Kevin gave us a set price to disconnect and reconnect: $325 for each. He did the disconnection efficiently as expected and reclaimed the refrigerant. However, he has not returned 5 calls initiated over the last 6 weeks to reinstall the units. My big gripe is that the cost of the replacement refrigerant is over $400. Unprofessional. And we overpaid for the initial disconnection. We paid him $325 and the job took less than 2 hours; we've been quoted a service rate of $90 per hour by other HVAC companies.

Kevin and his crew were absolutely excellent. They showed up when the said they would, worked diligently and completed our project in less time than originally thought. The took care of the permit and the inspection details. I would highly recommend them and hire them again.

Kevin is excellent; very easy to communicate with via e-mail or cell phone. He is responsive and reliable, i.e. does what he says he will do, and shows up when he says he will. His work has always been excellent and his crews are competent to a man. His pricing seems quite reasonable but I never shop it around because he has been so useful for us. I just contact him directly when we need plumbing or heating help.

When they got here the toilet was leaking. I happened to have a new toilet already so they put that one where the broken one was and they did it all right there and then. They were excellent, they called right back after I called them. They came exactly on time and they carried out the work immediately. They also took the old toilet away. The price was reasonable considering what they had to do, they had to go out and buy a spare bit as well. I would have them again.

It went great! We called The Plumber on Monday and made an appointment for 7-7:30 Tuesday. He arrived at 7:05 and fixed the problem, installing a flexiible tube so that the problem wouldn't recur in the future.

Very prompt and courteous. He came out that afternoon to give an estimate, went to the plumbing store to get some replacement parts and fixed it the same day at a very reasonable price. I would use him again.

We called The Plumber (Kevin Thibodeau) on a Wednesday, and he was able to come the next day to fix an inoperative cold water faucet on our tub. He was prompt, explained the problem, fixed it, and checked our other faucets to make sure they did not loosen like the broken one. He was pleasant and neat. We would call him again in a second!
