+ -1 moreI called Jason on a Friday afternoon with a leaking toilet from a damaged wax seal. He rearranged his schedule so he could be there in 1 hour because he understood the urgency. He did not charge me an emergency fee, and arrived on-time to remove the old seal and replace with a new one. He was extremely friendly, professional and cleaned up the bathroom area when he was done.
