 + -1 moreI had used his services in the past and he always did a good job and was extremely helpful. This time he showed up, told me what the problem was, said he could not fix it, and charged me $100. I had another company out to look at the unit and they said the problem was not what Fleming said. I will not call him again.
Description of Work: He made a service call about my broken air conditioner.
