When I was calling companies to get information about what exactly they do, they were one of the few companies that answered the phone with a live person.  The gentleman answered all my questions, and he gave me a lot of information on the phone, before I had even decided to use them.  They took a lot of time explaining stuff before I had even made up my mind, and I thought that was really nice as well as different compared to some of the other people.  They came out on time.  They were professional, and they were great.  If I have any problems, call them back, and they come, right back out.  We were really pleased with them, so we got a service contract with them.  It has been great, so we are really pleased with the results, their attitude, and professionalism.  I am definitely going to stick with them for quite a while.  I am very happy with them.  They were very reasonable.  I will not switch to somebody else.
