Excellent job! Our kitchen is a joy! But the best part of the whole project was the communications. We always knew what to expect, when people were going to arrive and what the schedule was. And everyone was super courteous and great to deal with.

This business was great to work with. From design to completion of tiling they were innovative, punctual, and thorough. Sonia and David guided my choices and I now have a beautiful bathroom retreat.

My bathroom shower was an older acrylic insert and the door was flimsy. I invited David from Cassa Stone, Inc. into our home for his opinion on what we could do to update. After much consideration and meeting with David and his designer, Sonia, they suggested a combination of flloor and wall tile as well as accent tile. We decided to retile the entire bathroom, including the floor and tub surround. They demo'd the existing shower. Sounds messy, right? It wasn't. Their team covered alll carpeting and flooring between my entryway and bathroom and cleaned up every speck of dust every day. They were punctual and polite.. Unlike chain stores, this is a locally owned business, and, as such, David was great about all of the finishing touches, making sure that when he left, the baseboard was finished around the shower, the bathroom door was shaved down to accomodate the new tile,, etc. It's the little things that you appreciate. I have dealt with chain stores in the past, and they would do exactly what was specified on the work order and no more, even if it was a small thing that was needed to complete the project. David was easily accessible to us by text or phone always, and Sonia was as well. They worked with us to ensure that we were happy with the finished product. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work, personal attention, and a competitive price. If you are concerned that they will be more expensive than a chain store, give them a call and get an estimate. Even if it is a little bit more, the professionalism and expertise you receive from this company is worth every penny. thank you David and Sonia for a great renovation experience.

I used Cassa Stone for the granite in my kitchen at my last home 8 years ago & had no problem (although we sold the home & moved shortly afterwards). I had Cassa Stone fabricate a vanity counter top and a tub deck in what they called (& I thought was) Carrera marble. It looked good for about a year but soon after it started developing yellow spots that then turned into orange/brown spots. The tub deck is particularly unsightly. I called them for help. They tried to blame it on the water. They didn't offer any other help except to give me a name of a stone restoration co. I called him, described the problem. He didn't seemed surprised when I said I was having problems with stone purchased from Cassa Stone. He promised to call me back, he never did. It is NOT the water. If it was it would be affecting each piece the same way. I am an Interior Designer and have worked with MANY stone fabricators, for 18 years, in the NYC area before moving to MA. Cassa Stone is a shoddy operation.

They did great. Their design team was great. They guys that did the work were phenomenal.

I wished we had looked a lot further. I would rather have Home Depot than them. The owner came here to look at stuff and every time I talked to him, he said, "Oh, yeah, we'll take care of it," and nobody even knows about scheduling someone coming out. I've already hired another company to come here and fix it because it's disgusting. They said they would come out. They would do drawings for us so we could see exactly what they're talking about. We never saw any drawings. It's just their workmanship is at best shoddy. They put in electric lines for wall switches for recessed lighting in the ceilings, lighting under the cabinets and the island. I think the main light should all go into the kitchen and they're all on the other side of the room other than the path lights that are up over. They did a horrible job. I'm not the only one. I talked to other people who have said they're horrible also. Overall, the guys showed up on time.
