Best Tile provided advise and then sales of tile, cutouts, a bench,
grout, etc. for our bathroom remodel. The staff in the store were
extremely patient and helpful, and walked us through each detail of what
we'd need for our project. They even reminded us that we could pay for
the items during tax-free weekend in August, to save us some extra
money. I called after the fact to order a couple more items, and they
were wonderful over the phone, and quickly emailed me itemized receipts
that I realized I didn't have just one day after I called to make the
request. I would use them again in a heartbeat. (And will for our upcoming kitchen remodel!)

It was a good experience and we were happy with them. They had a good variety to choose from and the sales people were helpful. They were really helping us figure out what we needed and helping us figure out the map of how to get the tile. They were really good at that too. We had to specially order and they did that. This is the second time we were using them.

We visited their showroom three times to make all of our selections. They assigned one sales person to work with us and she was helpful and informative. Products were all delivered on schedule for our construction.
