Lawn Service
Have had to call every time a service was overdue. They assured me dates and then would not show up again. I was given every excuse in the book (trucks down, technicians quitting, they are within time frame). Lawn is in terrible shape from weeds and grubs. Will have to redo next year. Asked to cancel remainder of services, and a refund would take weeks as well. Asked to cancel automatic renewal, and was told it could not be done at this time.
