I thought I had a leak in a pipe from my upstairs bathroom causing water in the ceiling in my kitchen. Chris could easily have told me this job was more than it was. My mom had left water running in the bathroom sink and it had overflowed. I was greatly relieved, let me tell you! Bigelow is always very responsive. I actually need help again because I am turning my shower on by using a needle-nose plier. The little handle came off in my hand. Have to give them a call.

Whenever it was they did work, they did a good job. We've used them repeatedly and they are very good. They were prompt, professional and did what they were supposed to do. We called them in an emergency and they were extremely responsive. They were bit pricey but they certainly did a good job.

We had sewer smells in the house and yard. Chris helped us figure out the best way to access and replace our rusted out vent pipe. He also suggested a house trap to help with the smells in the yard - he made sure we understood the pros and cons of the trap. He is knowledgeable of the neighborhood and very helpful! Work was completed quickly. They even swept the cellar floor when they were done.
