Complete Restoration Solutions

This past October, our home suffered a real disaster. I arrived home on this particular day to be greeted by a flood of maybe 2 inches of water in several rooms, the toilet was overflowing. In panic mode, I shut off the water and called my super insurance company, I have been with them for over 50 years. They said they would have a crew out here within 3 hours. Four or five men came with all types of equipment. It was obvious that they were equipped properly and knew exactly what they were doing.

Performed timely work and 2, 3 or 4 days (I cannot remember) to just to rid us of all the water. They were referred by Adam, who handled his work like a pro football quarterback. He was always available and answered all of our questions with "no problem" and with a smile on his face. Bruno was the liaison between the insurance company and Complete Restoration Solutions and he too, made this horror story calm down. 

We had ruined carpet, carpet pad and insulation. We needed new carpets, refinishing of hardwood floors, drywall work, painting, etc. A nightmare indeed! We are fussy, proud homeowners and they did all the work professionally and too our complete satisfaction. I commend them for a terrific job and for calming down some of our worst anxiety. 

The insurance company had given us the complete okay to hire Complete Restoration Solutions after seeing the great job they had done in drying out the house. It was later that we found out that most all of this company's work is from referrals from insurance companies. Thank you!
