I was probably not the typical customer, as I requested Dick cut up and leave as much useful firewood as possible for me to use in the future, and to place all of it in specific locations on my property as to avoid being in the way. He did exactly as I asked, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of cutting up the firewood and storing it all in the best locations on the property. He and his crew (3 guys total) were in and out in one day, did everything they said they would, and left the yard in better shape than before they arrived. Dick also went out of his way to discuss some techniques for caring for plantings, referrals for other related services, etc... I will look to him again in the future for any tree-related needs.
