Robert came out promptly was polite and found the problem area very quickly. He carefully drilled small holes in the area and sprayed the bees. Although he had to make an entrance point into the wall the damage was almost non visible and he left the area clean and the bees were gone after just one visit.

Would highly recommend this company.

Very disappointing! When I gave him examples of his unprofessional behavior he argued with me - he sounded impaired. I asked him to bill me for serves to date because I wanted to terminate the relationship and he swore at me and called me a f*****g fruitcake, said he wasn't going to charge me  and hung up on me. 
The first day he showed up (unannounced) my neighbor asked him about the coat of getting rid of a ground hog and Robert was very rude to him.

We came home from a vacation to find our house smelled strongly of skunk. It wasn't hard to spot where it had burrowed into the crawl space under the house, and my first thought was to try to drive it out and fill the hole. I even set up a motion detector to know when the skunk was gone so I could fill the hole and not trap the animal under the house. Unfortunately nothing worked as planned. The home remedies I tried to drive the animal out did nothing and when I did manage to fill the hole it was re-dug in another place within a day.
After looking on Angie's list I was concerned about cost, but we wanted the skunk gone, so my wife contacted Mr. Carter. He was very friendly and responsive, and almost immediately we caught a skunk... then another... and another... and another. Four in all! Mr. Carter came regularly to check his traps and promptly removed the animals we caught. He gave us good advice about how to prevent another critter from taking up residence under our house, and so far we are skunk-free for a couple of weeks. The total cost was less for all four animals than I thought it was going to be for one. My only regret was that I didn't call him sooner.

My wife and I were hearing scratching sounds in the ceiling of one of our 2nd floor bedrooms.  Since we have a annual contract with a local pest control company, NWPest, we informed them of the problem. On their next visit they paid extra attention to the attic area, adding extra mouse baits.  A few weeks later we heard the same noises.  This time NWPest diagnosed the problem as flying squirrels and scheduled a specialist to come to provide an estimate for trapping and blocking any holes in the roof of our 3800-sq-ft home. 

The estimate from NWPest was $875 for the trapping and repair of any roof penetrations they could find. I was less than confident with NWPest because it took so long to get to this point and felt that the price was high for a problem I was confident was confined to a small area of the attic/roof.  I searched Angie's List for an alternative and found ITS Pest.  

The man from ITS Pest was older, talkative, and struck me as very thoughtful. After looking around in the attic, he questioned the diagnosis of flying squirrels and estimated the work at $450. He said that his price included unlimited visits to clean the traps as well as a guarantee he'd found all the roof penetrations. I agreed to his price.  After setting up some attic traps, he surveyed the house for possible entry points at the foundation level. During his next visit, he checked the traps and asked us whether there had been a recurrence of the noise.  There had not. 

Leaving the traps in place, he and another man surveyed the roof for entry points and, finding only one, they blocked a spot on the roof under a dormer. He also blocked a half-dozen potential entry points at the foundation level (using copper screen).  We never caught anything in the traps, never heard the noise again, and they bill ended up being only $375.

I was hearing some noises in the attic and called Robert from I.T.S. Pest control. He gave me a quote over the phone and came out the next day when I was available. He was polite and took care of the problem and even called a few days later to make sure that everything was fine. I would highly recommend this company.
