RALPH IS PLEASANT, PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE ARRIVED ON THE AGREED DATE AND ON TIME, WORKED QUICKLY, CLEANLY AND PLEASANTLY. THE JOB TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED, AS THE WIRING SYSTEM IN MY HOME WAS VERY FOULED UP, BUT HE KEPT TO HIS AGREED ESTIMATE, WHICH WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR 2 FULL DAYS.
