Tom Ingersoll, the business owner, is very friendly, creative, and caring about his customers. He is also sensitive to doing things in an organic and environmentally friendly way, which was important to us. His workers are very pleasant and professional, and we are happy with the end result. Biggest complaint is that they weren't always great about communicating when they would be coming, or warning us in advance when we were approaching our price limit. But the bottom line is they are much more of a pleasure to work with than any other landscaper we've tried, and we plan to do a lot more work with them going forward.
