Good bids, timely on work, always available for questions-kept in touch with me about job-I always felt that Nate was concerned about the job from start to finish. Nate would call when he was going to be there of if he could not be there. Nate was reasonable in his prices.

The workmen called to let us know the windows were in. They scheduled and installed when they said they would. The windows were more expensive then the normal double hung windows. These windows operate very smoothly with just a turn of the crank. Nate (the salesmen that came out to look at our windows) spent the time to explain the different types of windows and the other available options.
