 + -1 moreAs soon as we felt the house was ready for the market. After the proper staging with Richie and a professional stager's help, the first day was an open house, with twenty or so people showing up. This prompted two offers, one for the full price, We accepted the first offer and our house was sold!!
Description of Work: Richie Gorden, the Realtor and Appraiser working steadily and professionally helped us become educated to the modern needs of today's house buyer. Styles continue to change, and it is up to the realtor to keep the house seller aware. This is what Richie Gorden does and does well. We spent effort and money rebuilding our house to the needs of the today's potential buyer (we moved in 28 years ago). Richie, also an appraiser in the town, worked with us to properly price our house allowing us to receive two offers after the first day, one for the full price which we accepted.
