M & M APPLIANCE

We have used Mand M several times, and have always been pleased. When our previous dishwasher died, and he confirmed the passing, he recommended what we replace it with. Of course, we got a fancier one. He came to deal with an odd sound in it, and was amused first by our choice, and then by the fact that the sound was caused by an errant pistachio shell. He charged us what I presume is his minimum for a visit. To those of us who are no longer young, it seems like a lot, but is fair for our area.

Our dishwasher was working oddly. Mike came and asked a lot of questions, then asked us to run a full cycle in the evening and make notes on certain thing rather than having him stand around to do it. When we called with the results, they matched his stated suspicion. The cost to repair the machine might have been a nice pay check for him, but his suggestion was to replace the appliance instead. And he gave suggestions on choosing one. He has always been very prompt but there was a lost day this time because he had a couple of emergency calls and he forgot to let us know. These things can occur.

He was very good. He came when he said he would and he explained everything that he was going to do. He diagnosed the issues and talked about alternatives of what could be done. He made suggestions.

Great...machine broke on a Friday. I called Saturday morning and they came right out. Fixed problem and ordered part. Price included visit, part and cost to mail part to the home. Thank you!

Mike does excellent work. Today's job was a minor one, but all the work he's done in the past has always been top notch.
