AWFUL. INITIALLY THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, PROVIDING A LETTER FROM THE LENDER SO I COULD MAKE AN OFFER ON THE HOUSE. AFTER THAT, MY AGENT WAS VERY LATE IN PRODUCING THE GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE, AND THE DRAFT OF THE CLOSING. WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED THE PAPERWORK, I DISCOVERED THAT THE RATES INITIALLY QUOTED HAD GONE UP SIGNIFICANTLY. THE AGENT WAS VERY ELUSIVE, BEING FAST, AND LOOSE WITH THE NUMBERS, FAILING TO RETURN CALLS, AND GIVING LAME EXCUSES AS TO WHY THE PAPERWORK WAS NOT READY. I ENDED UP GOING WITH WELLS FARGO (WHO LUCKILY FOR ME) WAS ABLE TO PROCESS THE LOAN IN TWO WEEKS, JUST IN TIME FOR MY CLOSING.
