For #1 above, Jim was creative and efficient. The enclosure is very satisfactory. However, for #2 above, he stopped showing up, was usually late when he did show, demanded money daily to pay his crew, did not finish, left his tools in our garage for half a year, left holes in the house, did not return phone calls, when we did reach him, claimed variously to have had a sick grandmother-in-law, been in jail, his truck was broken. Doors he installed do not fit properly.
