Description of Work
OUR HOME INSPECTOR SUGGESTED WE HAVE A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER TAKE A LOOK AT THE BASEMENT OF A 27-UNIT CONDO BUILDING IN WHICH WE WERE CONSIDERING PURCHASING A UNIT. MICHAEL FILLION WAS ABLE TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR US WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS. HE WALKED AROUND WITH US FOR ABOUT 1.5 HOURS. HE WAS VERY VAGUE IN HIS DESCRIPTIONS AND WOULD NOT MAKE ANY DEFINING COMMENTS (I BELIEVE BECAUSE HE DIDN'T WANT TO BE HELD LIABLE). HE TOLD US HE WOULD HAVE A WRITTEN REPORT FOR US WITHIN TWO DAYS. AFTER THREE DAYS I GAVE HIM A CALL AND HE STILL HAD NOT STARTED THE REPORT. HE GOT A LESS THAT SATISFACTORY DRAFT OF THE REPORT TO US BY THE 4TH DAY AFTER THE INSPECTION.
