Bill came and wired a tankless gas combination water heater and boiler. Installed zone valve box. Moved an electrical outlet box inside the wall. Also made sure heater and two zone valves were wired correctly. Bill was great and professional and I will be using him again for my electrical needs.

Bill did not call so I reached out to him to schedule a date.  He said he would get back to me in a few days.  I continued to call and email Bill on a weekly basis for an additional 4 weeks. He did not return my phone call or email.  It is very odd since he invested so much upfront time with a site visit and technical email exchange.  
Bill seems like a very nice and knowledgeable electrician.  Unfortunately he has no sense of customer service and follow up skills.
A simple reply that I am too busy or no longer value the work I quoted would have been nice.
Luckily I found another a great electrician from Angies list to perform the work on my house.

Mr DeRoche was very professional and friendly. He was very systematic in trying to identify the problems and came up with great solutions.

Scheduling can be tough during a snow event and it's aftermath. Mr DeRoche was able to get here and do the job quickly, competently and inexpensively! Very nice guy, will use for any other electrical jobs we have in the future!!

The process went very well. Bill and his co-worker Jeff were punctual, responsive, professional, and generally nice guys.  Our original hard wired smoke detectors were 13 years old, and one of them basically broke down, going off and setting off the other 11. Bill and Jeff converted 4 of the smoke only to CO/smoke to comply with current building codes, and replaced the other 8 smoke only detectors. The process only took about 3 hours.  We were happy with the price and work Bill and Jeff did and would definitely use them again. It's hard to find such competent, reliable nice guys.

Billy seems like a nice enough guy, but he completely flaked out on us. He came for a free estimate and did some preliminary groundwork for the job. We scheduled a date for him to perform the work, but he said he couldn't do it because he got backed up the day before. Okay, fine, that was understandable because it was rainy the day before, which obviously hinders outdoor electrical work. But he wasn't available for us the day after the original scheduled date (I got the impression it was because he had another job that was higher priority to him). He said he'd call to schedule a new date, but we never heard from him again.
I understand that he's independent and has the luxury of picking and choosing the jobs that he prefers, but I find it unacceptable that he would set up a job with a customer and then just decide it wasn't worth it later. It's completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Although we had to start the process of getting the job done by a new electrician all over again, which has been a hassle, I had no interest in tracking Billy down due to his unprofessionalism.

I was very impressed with Mr. DeRoche.  First, he called me back within a day of my leaving a message.  Second, he arranged to come do the work within just a few days of that.  Third, the work he did was excellent, including solving an unforeseen problem (one not caused by him at all, but by the vendor from whom I'd bought the fixtures).  His bill was very modest -- more than fair.  He's a very likable and professional fellow, and I will definitely call him again whenever I need help with electrical work.

Were asked to replace and activate some aged landscape lighting which they did well, but did not point lights properly so I had to work and re-place the lamps myself to get it done correctly. They told me he did not have expertise to aim the lights since he was not a landscaper.  OK there.

Also reactivated outside electrical outlets around our pool and they did that work fine.

Did activate the landscape fixtures and replaced some items ok as needed.  However, now the switch/circuit-breaker that controls one part of the lighting is too sensitive and will not stay on so it is useless and needs to be adjusted - I would not know how to do this.

Replaced lights in basement - was an easy task - sockets needed to be replaced - done correctly though and well.  They did go out and buy the parts needed.

Were asked to replace floodlights on deck which would have required long ladder and left before completing this task, saying they did not have the time. 

Said they would come back and finish this floodlight work (or at least call back) and also would figure out how to replace the fan in our upstairs bathroom, but never returned after the one day's work, and did not contact us again.  Partially our fault I suppose for not calling back.  My recollection is that since they had to travel from Sharon MA to Braintree (about 20 minutes travel), they said they would only come back if they could be guaranteed a full day's work.  Fact is, we never said we would NOT agree to that but never heard from them again.

Kind of disappointing though, after the good reviews he had received prior to working with us. Work they did was ok but in my opinion the job was not really finished and price was a little high

He is great, very personable. He shows up when he says he is going to. He seems trustworthy and does good work.

Bill and Jeff are nice guys and they make a good team.   My problem isn't their quality of work or their price, which I think were both fine.   It is Bill's time management and responsiveness that needs improvement.  A couple of times, he was a no show.  He didn't call to reschedule either.  I had to call him and ask what happened and reschedule. He's response was "he forgot".   It's gotten to the point where he doesn't even respond to my phone calls or texts so I am giving up.  I would have like to keep on giving him my business because he's a local guy, but he's just too unresponsive and undependable.  

Wayne and Jeff showed up on the day and time we planned. Wayne was very low key and friendly and provided advice and options and did not necessarily recommend the most costly solutions. They did the work that we agreed to do and left me with some options to consider for the remainder. At no time did I feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything, and in fact, recommended using lower cost motion lights for what sounded like good reasons. They spent as much time with me discussing the work, as I needed and then worked independently to complete it. They cleaned up after they finished.

he's good, fast, responsive, responsible, knowledgable, and nice. he's my electrician in town. oh and good price too.

We liked Billy and Jeff and thought the work performed was done well.

We called yesterday and he came today.  It was a nightmare job that took him hours longer than first anticipated due to structural issues with the house.  He stayed and completed the job and did not charge me more than the original estimate.  A very nice guy and extremely professional.  We will definitely call him for any other electrical jobs.

I found William on Angie's list and wanted to try and find a local electrician. I called on a Saturday, William answered, gave me an estimate over the phone and schedule the job for Tuesday. William showed up with one other guy and completed the job in about 3 hours. We were just adding 4 recessed lights and a new switch ( so not a huge project) but it was a good chance to test out the new electrician. I would definitely recommend for other work and will use again for other projects.

Bill provided a quote for some electrical works. The cost is much higher than other guy, almost 200% higher than other service provider.

I found him on Angie's List. He was a nice guy and did a good job. He was extremely reliable and punctual. He was absolutely on target with each of the things that he said he would do and possible problems that would be associated with them; he certainly predicted them. He actually came in at less than his estimate. I plan to use him again in the future.

I just purchased a new home and had a very specific goal of hiding all my home theater hardware, wires, etc. This was not a simple install as I was running everything into the basement and needed additional outlets, ethernet, etc.
Bill completely got it, did everything I wanted with a fit and finish that was above and beyond what I was expecting. He really seemed to care that I was happy and I am.  Going forward Bill and his guys are the only people doing electrical work on my house.

We had a ceiling light fixture that we wanted to replace. I went to
IKEA, got a replacement, and tried to install light myself. The fixture
is fed by two switches, and the original setup was wrong, so that only
one of the original light's bulbs would work. In trying to install the
new light and get the wiring right so both bulbs would light, I lost
track of the different wires' functions and had to call a pro to finish
the job. Bill came over within a few days of making first contact and he
had the new light installed?and functioning properly?very quickly.
While he was there I asked if he could set up a light in a closet that
had an unused set of wires in the ceiling, and he came back a week later
with a fixture that was up to code (enclosed CFL) and installed it in a
few minutes. I could've spared myself a few hours of work and confusion
if I'd just called Bill in the first place. I'll definitely do that
next time.

They were very professional. I appreciated that they went above and beyond what they needed to do.

My husband and are doing a facelift in the main bathroom of our house.  We took down the old vanity mirror and lamp and noticed that the electrical wiring was not consistent with the new light fixture.  I looke at Angies List for a local electrician and called Bill since he had good reviews.  He answered the call and was able to come over the same day to take care of the light fixture.  He also took care of the flood lights and replaced the socket.
When I asked him about some additional electrical work for the future, he was honest and did not try to oversell his services.  Very professional and friendly, cleaned up after installing the light, was very reasonably priced and works quickly and efficiently.
I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him.

Installation was very punctual. We had to make modification to accomodate large plug from hot tub that was taken care of by Bill.

It went well. As in all projects things came up, but Billy was able to go over all the options. He really worked with us on the price of the extras and upgrades. He was very fair. He's a great guy to work with.
