I was disappointed with them. They should have been on top of alt of things. They should have known to check the ownership of the water heater in the house. My sister had rented it. That should have been on the list. I ended up paying the gas company. That should have been assumed by the new owners. There were things like that. The woman who was assigned to me was unprofessional. I was really surprised and disappointed. They should have had resources and they didn’t have it. They did sell the house. The price that they got was not good. They were responsive. They were punctual. Their professionalism was bad. I would never use them in the future.

They handled the sale of the house we just bought. They took care of all of the paper work for our house closing. They got things done on time and we didn't have any problems.
