Went very well. Quote was reasonable, work was high quality and all the workers wore harnesses (can't say the same for other installers in the area). Other roofers had tried to suggest completely unnecessary work (like extending the gutters), but he immediately recognized and fixed the problem with our existing gutters so that they worked properly at no charge.

Michael Cochrane came, measured and provided an estimate, which was literally less than half that of a "well known" local roofing company, for the same services using the same materials. He had previously repaired damage to flashing and shingles caused by a raccoon the week before and did not charge for that. Michael and his crew of 7 arrived at the time (7 AM) and on the day agreed upon. They put protective covers around the house and went to work stripping the roof within twenty minutes. They worked all day, barely taking a break for lunch or water. The roof was completed, the property completely cleaned up and the crew gone by 6PM. I have no complaints, and only praise.
