The company was very responsive and had the best price out of 4 contractors who submitted estimates. They gave a price and stuck to it. They showed up on time and did a good job cleaning up when they were finished. We were a bit disappointed with the way the stair turned out. Although the repair work to the stair support was excellent, we had originally been told that the step itself could be replaced with a solid piece of wood, but we ended up with two pieces that were glued together. It looks much better than it did, but wasn't exactly what we were promised.

Mark arrived as promised, cut and installed the trim. Price included material. I was pleased with the result.
