I called this company to request an estimate to get some tree work done. They came out and called a few days later with the estimate. I called to schedule the work on Monday and was told by L that she would call me back that afternoon to let me know when they could come. She didn't call that day. I called again Tuesday to schedule, and she said she would call me back in an hour to schedule. Again, no call. I called again on Thursday and she said she thought it would be the next day, but she would call to confirm. This time she did call back to say they would be out that next day to do the work. Friday comes, no one shows, no one calls, nothing. They never called. Bad business practice for sure.
