Sadly, I picked Home Depot to install gutters.  I had the traditional gutters, so I wanted covered gutters to cut down on cleaning the gutters.  The truth is that I cleaned about once every two years, but still it seemed like a mistake to let them get full.  
After Home Depot installed them, the wooden fascia behind the gutters started to rot.  After I complained, the rep said (and I kid you not) that the reason the fascia was rotting was because I wasn't cleaning the gutters!  So my old, traditional gutters that I didn't clean didn't rot the fascia, but the new, covered gutters that I got so that I wouldn't have to clean them... rotted the fascia.
I went up the corporate ladder, but it didn't make a difference.  The same line - the gutters were installed correctly.  I'll never buy ANYTHING from Home Depot again.

The contractor hired them and the installation service was done by Home Depot. I would give them 4 out of 5 stars. They did a good job honestly as quoted. I would tell my friends and family that I would hire them because I know that they'll going to stay in business and they're accountable for their work. I've read good stories about what people have said.

They came to our home, and did the measuring. It worked out very well. We bought the countertop in August but we had to wait a couple months because we had to figure out what kind of sink and faucets we wanted. They did a great job. They took the measurements and we were expecting them to install sooner but there was a delay.  They were very precise and they did exactly what you would expect them to do.  They did very well.  We would recommend them to a friend. It took longer than we expected for them to actually come and install it. They were very precise, and they did exactly what you would expect them to do. They did it very well. They put it in and installed the sink.  We were very happy with them, and we would recommend them. The quality was very good.

We were able to take care of a tax rebate. I would recommend being careful and checking the work. I wanted the cavities filled and I found out that at least in one case, it wasn't done so they had to come back. They were going to pull out all the windows but I didn't want them to do that. I came up with a better way to check that. A lot were filled but the one I pulled out was not. They took all my window screws which really bothered me. They had to go get new ones and I didn't care for the ones they got. The window quality was good and they work very well. They do have a lifetime warranty and beyond. They have come out and done some minor work. I got the quality I expected, which was good. They were right on time. I would use them again because I would want to match the windows.

They subcontract. The people that did this work were timely and did a good job. They were very courteous and they did a very good job. It was expensive but good. I did some comparisons on the pricing. There were two guys and they were very professional. I would use them again.

They arrived on time, this was done with the installer through the home depot. They left the area clean and did a good job. I would recommend them to friends and family.Tthey were very helpful and did a good job.

This Home Depot has especially helpful employees that have provided a lot of useful advice since I bought my home a couple of years ago. I check in with this location in addition to my searches on Angie's List before making decisions about services and repairs.

Everything turned out well. They completed the job quickly, used quality products, and acted professionally and courteously when dealing with me.

All went smoothly. They forgot to fill one sash weight cavity with insullation. Once notified, they returned promptly and corrected the problem. They wanted to pull each new window to check. However, I thought that it would be better to drill into the cavity to check, which they did. No others were found to be empty.

The experience was fine, very good. They have the stuff I'm looking for usually. They have a lot of stuff. Not too many people running around that can help you when you're looking for something. With a little bit of patience, you can usually find someone.

They were very professional, cleaned up at the end of the day. My only complaint was that 2 cabinet doors were not measured correctly so they had to be replaced. It got to be the end of March and I didn't hear from them so I called. I was advisded the doors were in and someone would call me to set up a time for installation. I waited a week and called again and finally on the following Monday they called and set up the day for the following Saturday. Someone was supposed to call on Friday night to let me know what time. They never called so Saturday morning I called them again and after they looked through the notes they found there was supposed to be someone here at 10:00a.m. I waited until 11 a.m. and called again. They said there was no way to reach the installer so I would have to wait until Monday. I finally called the installer myself and he came right out and put the doors on, but told me no one had advised him that the appointment had been set up.

While they did a good job the only complaint I had was that, when I looked at the door the center strip was slightly off center. I told the installer that a screw needed to be moved a little but he would not do it because he said it would not be covered by the door warranty; so I had to call the store but could not get the situation resolved. Their solution was to box up the entire door and send it back to the manufacturer which I did not want to do. Consequently I do not recommend Home Depot and will not use them again.

I thought they were really good; we did not have any problems. The only one drawback was in the beginning regarding how they wanted it financed; I did not care for that. The people were very nice and I am happy with my cabinets.

They had a large stock of wood flooring. I liked the dark mahogany color, so I bought it. I had another person install the flooring. It looks pretty good.

Susan Peder is excellent. She is so efficient and works so hard to get the best price for you. She is remarkable.

I had researched window replacement services for awhile, but the Home Depot salesman was the only one who mentioned the $1,500 tax credit for purchasing top grade energy efficient windows. These were on sale, so the savings was considerable. The saleman came out to the house promptly and was very knowlegeable. The project manager came out to measure the windows and the windows were built, delivered and installed right on schedule. The installers, PGC Enterprises, were courteous, efficient and meticulous. Clean up was perfect. The Project Coordinator, Field Inspector and Sales Consultant all checked in with us during the installation, which took just 1 1/2 days. We were very impressed with the quality control, and the windows and installation are all guaranteed for life! We are very pleased with this purchase and would recommend Home Depot for window replacement.

They have given me an estimate. I feel that is pretty a reasonable price for the job they will be doing. They will wrap the windows also so they don't get wet. They have been very thorough and measured twice. They have a checklist and so far I have been very pleased. They have showed up on time.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH. ALSO, THEY WERE EASY TO DEAL WITH. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THEIR JOB AND VERY PROMPT. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK THEY DID.

I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED. THE FLOOR DID NOT LOOK LIKE IT SHOULD AFTER THEY GOT DONE. THE SERVICE AT THE STORE WAS FINE, BUT THE INSTALLATION WAS HORRIBLE.

THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASURABLE. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND DID A VERY HIGH QUALITY JOB ON MY FLOORS. I HAVE RECEIVED MANY COMPLIMENTS FROM FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS, TOO!
