Great company. Good management. Well priced. We had a last minutes logistic change and decided to remove the carpet ourselves. Company gladly refunded money for removal and disposal, which shows flexibility and integrity.

Amazingly! This was to replace a carpet which had been installed 10 years ago quite poorly by Empire. This time it was a truly amazing sales and installation experience. From the first day I stepped into the store, Colleen who was our saleswoman, took charge of the project and patiently walked us through so many of the decisions. We were picky and indecisive and she never once flinched even over the 4 visits it took to finish the decision making. She was absolutely instrumental in guiding through the multitude of options and to help limit an overwhelming selection of carpets to the few samples we really wanted to settle on. Under her guidance we absolutely found exactly the most perfect carpet for that room and planned the layout in both the most economical and aesthetically pleasing way. Colleen also worked with us on the logistics and assisted in every phase of planning delivery dates and timing of installation. Most importantly, she also assisted us in getting the absolute best discounts the company could allow and did everything she could to make financing and the overall price as ideal as possible. Ultimately we were able to finance interest free over 18 months. Please note, while the listed price seems high, we did buy the most expensive carpet in the store and installed it into an exceptionally challenging room. Most people would spend much less at the store I suspect. Incidentally we used the high end Mohawk silk line which looks and feels amazing and did not produce any outgassing odors! On the installation side, Keith was our carpet installer (and apparently the most experienced in the store). He was absolutely a pro. He assisted in understanding the complexities of the staircase and came up with a great plan. Keith and his crew showed up on time and were absolutely professionals. They effortlessly moved the furniture back and forth along the floor as they installed the carpet and I did not need lift a finger to help. His installation on the curved staircase was simply beautiful. He turned a bizarre architectural feature in the home into one of the highlights in the room, using the carpet to accentuate the curves of the stair. The end result was stunning. To sum up, I had a fantastic sales experience, lead by Colleen and assisted by the manager Neil and a truly professional installation by a master installer (Keith) and got exactly the carpet I wanted, at the price I anticipated and installed perfectly. I don't think I can be more glowing than that.

They came in strong but after contract was signed the terms kept changing, the GC was never on site. Contractors at what they did but never finished in one day and it always took days to get them back.

There was an issue when they came about the glue down tack strips and they called their supervisor and they took care of it. I would absolutely use them again. They were on time. They did a great job and they were quick about it. They cleaned up after themselves. There was no debris left behind. They didn't speak fluent English, but they were good.

It was reasonable, I don't remember what they cost was. I had gone to several places and they were sort of in the middle. They were not the most expensive and they weren't the cheapest either. 

There were a lot of options, I liked the fact that they told us about many of the options which several places that I went to before did not. 

The workers were terrific, they were responsive, they were professional and they were efficient. They cleaned up nicely after themselves.

It turned out good. The salespeople work well with you. They try to solve any peripheral problems by doing research and the installer was very professional and did a nice job and a good job of cleanup.

It was great actually. The floor looks beautiful. There was a little issue with it, and they came out and fixed it and did a great job. Really, it was the resolution to the issue that I had. Also very, very flexible with scheduling and changes. I had to change the date. Just really, really pleasant to work with.

Just give them an A it was fine. I would use them again. It was fine, i mean this is a rental unit so they provided the cabinets in there quickly. They came in immediately to install them.

My wife and I went to Kitchen and Floors Today to purchase tile. We were able to agree on a tile and they were able to get. We did not have an installer and we asked if they had someone they could recommend. They stated they did and referred their "Best" installer. The price was fair and they scheduled the installer. He arrived on time and then it went south. He immediately started to complain about the work that was required to install the floor and then tried to sell us on a completely different product. He tried to talk us out of using the tile we purchased and started raving about a cheaper product that was easier to use. We were not happy about his response and made it known to Kitchen and Floors Today. They agreed to have a different installer do the job per our request. They later called back to support their installer. After arguing with me on the phone, I decided to find my own tile installer and asked to be reimbursed for the labor that was not done. They did reimburse me the down payment for the installation. We still purchased the tile as this was the only tile my wife and I agreed on. The purchase and pick up of the tile went smoothly.

The services Floors and Kitchens Today provided was one of the smoothest transactions we have made. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They were prompt but they didn't clean the tile off when the job was finished. I had to do it myself. I thought that should have been included. They were good. It was a minor thing. It took me half an hour to clean it. There was haziness from the grout and I had to clean it up myself.

It was fine. I have trouble getting them sometimes.

They did fine. I thought it was a little expensive for one room of carpeting. There was also some mistake with the measurements. It all worked out okay.

It was a very simple transaction. I looked for the book and I picked one out. They were nice and very helpful. I talked to the manager but forgot his name. What stood out was how accommodating they are, how interested in knowing exactly what I wanted and trying to find it. He didn't have it in stock but within a week, a week and a half he called me and I picked it up. I was very happy with it.

They could have just more attentive when you went into the store. I went in there to look a couple of months ago and they weren't very professional. I've just gone in there twice. The last time I was in there the guy who was running the store was just talking to me about all his family issues and not about the tile.
