We love our new addition.   Jeff’s original bid was $10000 less than another bid.   We had some unexpected problems (see work description) and some changes during the project and the additional cost were very reasonable.   Jeff takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make things right.  For example when putting on the new roof and siding he re-nailed the existing sheathing on the sides and roof at no extra cost because he felt the old work was inadequate.   Jeff communicated well as the project progressed and made good suggestions on how to improve the results. He was very adaptable in adjusting to problems that arose and changes we made.   In some ways this was the job from h*** but Jeff pushed through it steadily,   In looking for a contractor we only found one contractor in our area on Angie’s List that we felt was qualified to handle this complex job and he was too busy.  One contractor looked at it and refused to bid.   We are very fortunate to have found Jeff through the recommendation of our architect.
