Mr. Tavares has done landscaping work for me for several years, including redoing a stone retaining wall on our backyard: Rocks on the original wall had been shifting dangerously; Mr. Tavares and his crew dislodged all the rocks, tampered the soil, added crushed stones and placed the old rocks back (and added some additional ones), backing them up, as they were piled up, with tons of stones (large and small, whole and crushed). The whole project took, if I remember correctly, about one week to be completed.
This was done about four years ago, and not a single rock has shifted since.Licensing
