 + -1 moreThere is not enough space here to explain how positive an experience we had using Dick as our buyer's agent. He was incredibly attentive and proactive throughout the entire purchase. We entered into a couple different negotiations with various houses and Dick was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He researched endless comparable values and was always available for conversations. He was honest with us and with the other brokers. Dick's above and beyond commitment to service was illustrated when he came to our home inspection, took detailed notes, and then drafted a letter to the seller explaining the issues that arose and how we wished to continue the negotiations. If you are looking for an agent the will treat your home purchase as his own, look no further than Dick Power!
