Suddath Contracting

Blake Suddath did an amazing job. He not only power washed but he pointed out damage done by golf balls from an adjoining golf course. He even offered to intervene for me if I didn’t get a satisfactory reply from the club management. He then proceeded to clean out my gutters at my request. He even told me my gutter guards were on backwards and offered to put them on right as he was cleaning. Finally, I learned his previous job was as an electrical engineer (not an electrician, but he knows some electrical skills!) so I asked him to replace a light I had just bought. He truly cares about the jobs he does. He seems to enjoy helping people who need his help. He only charged me $140 and deferred charging me for putting in the light in case I needed more simple electrical work. My work turned out to be complex and required a licensed electrician for the warranty. He has already said he wouldn’t charge much for the work. I believe him. When he saw my power washer wasn’t working and I mentioned it was the wand, he offered me HIS since his power washer motor failed and the wand still worked. Unbelievable. Who helps people for nothing and acts more like a kind, professional neighbor than a contractor who is always more concerned about getting top dollar for his or her work? Blake is still helping me by offering names of other people he trusts as contractors. I am so glad I hired him and will definitely reach out to him anytime I think he can be hired to help me. His work is thorough, thoughtful and professional. He also offers very fair pricing.

Perfect! Blake took a 20 year old deck and made it look brand new. He researched appropriate materials based on what we wanted and provided us with the perfect finish for our deck, we couldn't be more happy with the outcome.
