Really bad! Shawn Harris is not good at trouble shooting issues with boilers and hot water tanks. His approach is just start replacing stuff. When the parts he replaced didn't solve the problem, his office lost track of our issue and I had to ask numerous times for a quote to fix the issue. All the while we had no hot water! His office proved to be bad communicators. We had to call other real plumbers for estimates, they didn't need to replace anything, they both could tell right off what the issue was. To add insult to injury, Shawn Harris actually sent a bill for the useless work he did. There are a lot skilled plumbers out there, don't take a chance on Shawn Harris.
