From the beginning, Dan and Mike were efficient, professional, and timely in getting the water problem taken care of.  They showed up when they said they would and worked hard to make sure we had no more water issues in the house.  I felt they were very competent and provided excellent service during the process.   I couldn't recommend them more - very pleased with their work. As a side note - I can't provide a completely accurate cost for the service as my insurance was billed directly for the work.

The only other company we used was Service Master at Scituate Harbor we which used we had a basement flood.  The service they provided was remediation of water damage it was a flood so water damage restoration.  The last time we contact them was July of 2013.  The approximate cost of the service was $3,000.  They came in and removed the water.  Remove water from basement.  They place drying equipment around.  They removed the carpet and the padding and prevented the mold – that’s the big one.  They were very good.  They were also very responsive.  They were timely.  They were thorough.  I think we ended up having no problems as a result of that so no molds.  I would say that a quick call and they were right out and took care of the emergent situation as quickly as they could.
