Driftway Animal Hospital

The initial call requesting assistance for our dog who was bit on the paw by another dog and needed stitches was met with a refusal as we did not have an appointment. We were then referred to an emergency animal clinic. We then requested to speak with the office manager and were informed that she was not in and that she would be in whenever she arrived. We later spoke with the office manager who spoke to us in what we perceived as a rude manner showing no empathy or concern for our dog. She informed us that we did not have an appointment and if we brought our dog in there was no guarantee when she would be seen and that we would be charged an emergency visit fee ( I have never had a vet charge an emergency visit fee during normal working hours) and boarding fees if our dog had to stay most of the day. We have since left Driftway Animal Hospital and will not be returning and in good conscience would not recommend their services.

They are great. I switched because I found a new one that was much closer and they were in another town. They tried to treat my dog with medication, they said they could do surgery on her legs but they didn't push it. Their prices were very reasonable and I was never shocked about the price when I got to the desk.

I would give them an A overall.

The staff is terrific. The doctor and assistance are all wonderful. Everything went fine I would highly recommend them. Everything was clean and the office is well run.
