I called in the morning about a power supply problem common to Samsung TVs. He knew what the problem was and said he could repair it. He was up front with his fee to assess the problem ($40) which was quite fair. He said he would also assess any other related problem. I brought the unit to him in the late morning on the same day I called. He called about an hour later and said he found the problem and it would be done at 2PM. When I arrived, it was up and running and he showed me the parts he replaced and said it was all set to go. The total cost was a little over $100 including the original deposit.
The service was quick, the pricing was more than fair, and he explained the problem in detail.
I would definitely go back for service and repair of electronic equipment.

The repair was done quickly and solved the problem. I was also told what to do if I wanted to fix it in the future. I was very pleased with the result. Since that time the repair shop has moved to its old location across the lot from Wilder Bros. tire.
