yat voong budget floor

they came out and gave us a $6000 estimate to sand/refinish (half just needed buffing) using our own finish which they did not credit us for. they took about 30 hours between all of them together so budget flooring is now $200/hr. they seemed ok until i went upstairs and saw a huge gap in the hallway about 24 x 1 inch which could not be covered by baseboard. i sent yat a friendly text saying i just saw this large gap and could they please fix it when they are in the area. yat was extremely hostile, looking for a huge argument. he refused to fix it and started blaming it on me expecting a woman apparently to cut a piece of wood to fit it. all he had to do was alert me that there was a gap and spend about 5 min putting in a piece of wood but no!! of course he would not do that....so lazy, disrespectful, greedy, haphazard, apparently dislikes women intensely. he spent 10 times what it would have been to fix the error arguing with me and telling me it was my fault. definitely dont hire. overpriced and sloppy work the bad attitude is free!
