Called for an estimate , he came out on time for the free estimate. I agreed to his price. He gave me a start date and time. He said 7am start on that Thursday and was unloading his tools with his helper at 6:50a. Not just the first day but everyday until he finished the job. I bought a piece of stone for the window sill in my bath that was a rough cut remnant . He re-cutit to fit and polished the edge on site. Umberto is top notch. Not many honest contractors who follow their word left anymore . Wish I could add the pics because words can't describe the job he and Enzo did. My wife and I give him AA+ from start to finish.
